About Me

My name is Cade. I'm a writer who lives on two different coasts. The Florida Gulf Coast in the winter and the Oregon Coast in the summer.

Before I retired, I was a gym teacher and a counselor. I have an MS in Physical Education from the University Of Oregon. I got my counseling certification at Northern Arizona University.

I am a CrossFit athlete, and like those kinds of brief, intense workouts. I follow a Keto diet. 

I read in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and mental health. I like to write on those subjects, as well as the areas of Spirituality, and Law of Attraction.
